Billy has been a member of the Excell management team since 2000, when he came on board as a Construction Manager in our corporate office. In 2003, Billy was offered the opportunity to become Gulf Coast Regional Manager in Daphne, AL, where he managed construction projects and crews in our Gulf Coast footprint. In 2009 Billy was promoted to the Regional Director position, and recently became the Director of Construction Services for Excell at large. Billy has 23 years of experience in the wireless telecommunications construction industry.
